By placing your order you will be charged the price of the selected course (including any use of a discount code or additional processing fee), and will be emailed an electronic receipt/invoice of your order.

Refund/Return Policy

Cancellation Policy
Every student/customer reserves the right to cancel access to their purchased programme at any time. However, if the customer cancels their programme/plan after their 14 day refund period they will not be entitled to any refunds or reimbursements.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Intellectual Property
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of 'VOQQAL' information and services, without express written permission by us.
Access to the programmes
Subject to these Terms, VOQQAL Limited grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the programmes for their pricing plans duration, contingent upon the company's continuous operation and ownership by Saem Ahmed. In the event of VOQQAL Limited ceasing operations or if the company undergoes a change in ownership, the aforementioned license to access the programmes may be terminated, and access to the programmes may no longer be available.
Changes In Pricing
VOQQAL Limited reserves the right to amend the pricing structure for any of its products or services at its sole discretion. In the event of a price modification subsequent to a customer's purchase, the purchaser shall not be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation to account for the difference between the original purchase price and the revised pricing.
User Generated Content Policy
No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
'VOQQAL' strictly prohibits the upload, distribution, or dissemination of any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to review and remove any User Generated Content that violates these guidelines or the spirit of these guidelines without prior notice. Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination towards other users will not be tolerated.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate corrective action, up to and including account termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland government.
